Other Important Information Trash Collection: Summer Schedule: Monday and Thursday for the beach and east side of the City; Tuesday and Friday for the west side of the City including Savannah Road, School Lane and Drake Knoll. Winter Schedule: Monday for the beach and east side of the City; Tuesday for the west side of the City including Savannah Road, School Lane and Drake Knoll. Bulk Trash Collection: The fourth Wednesday of November, January, March and May. City will not collect: items containing freon, any construction materials, business generated trash, hazardous liquids, tires, concrete, tree stumps, yard/garden waste containing dirt.
